How to convert a web page to PDF

  1. Step 1: Paste the web page address, starting with http:// or https://.

  2. Step 2: Choose page size, orientation and margins.

  3. Step 3: Click Convert to PDF.

  4. Step 4: Download the PDF.

Keep a copy of what you read

Articles get edited, offers expire and pages disappear. Saving a page as a PDF gives you a stable copy to read offline, annotate, print or attach to a report.

Landscape orientation helps with wide tables and dashboards; narrow margins fit more on each page.

How is the page converted?

A headless Chromium browser on our server opens the address you entered, waits for the page to load and prints it to PDF using your settings. The page is loaded fresh each time, and we don't keep a copy of it.

Only publicly reachable pages work: private or internal network addresses and pages behind a login are not accessible. Some sites block automated browsers or show cookie banners that end up in the PDF, and pages that take too long to load are stopped.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert a page that requires a login?

No. We load the page as an anonymous visitor, so anything behind a login shows the login screen instead. Use your browser's own print-to-PDF for private pages.

Why does a cookie banner appear in my PDF?

Our browser is a first-time visitor, so sites may show their consent banner. Some sites also block automated browsers entirely.

Can I convert an HTML file from my computer?

Not at the moment. The tool works with page addresses that are publicly reachable on the internet.

Do you store the pages I convert?

No copy of the page is kept. The PDF is available for 30 minutes and then deleted automatically, or immediately if you click Delete now.
