Share slides without surprises

Not everyone has PowerPoint, and a presentation can look different on another computer. A PDF keeps your slides fixed, is easy to print as a handout and can't be changed by accident.

It's the simplest way to send a deck to a client, upload it to a portal or attach it to an email.

How is the presentation converted?

Your file is opened by LibreOffice running headless on our server and exported as a PDF with one page per slide.

A PDF is static, so animations, transitions and embedded videos are not kept, and speaker notes are not included. Fonts that aren't installed on the server may be replaced by similar ones; using common fonts gives the most faithful result.

Frequently asked questions

Which file types can I convert?

PowerPoint .pptx and .ppt files, as well as OpenDocument .odp presentations, up to 100 MB.

Are animations and videos kept?

No. PDF pages are static, so each slide is exported in its final state without animations, transitions or video.

Why does a font look different?

If your presentation uses a font we don't have on the server, a similar font is substituted. Standard fonts convert exactly.

What happens to my presentation?

It's deleted as soon as the PDF is created. The PDF can be downloaded for 30 minutes before it's deleted automatically, or you can delete it right away.
