How does PNG to PDF conversion work?
Each PNG becomes a page, following the order you set. Images are embedded without re-compression, so every pixel is kept, and transparent areas remain transparent.
With Fit, each page takes the size of its image. With A4 or Letter, the image is scaled to fit inside the page and your chosen orientation and margin are applied.
Frequently asked questions
Is transparency preserved?
Yes. Transparent areas of your PNG images stay transparent in the PDF.
Can I mix different image sizes?
Yes. With Fit each page matches its own image; with A4 or Letter every image is scaled onto a page of the same size, and Automatic orientation follows each image's shape.
Can I add JPG images too?
This tool accepts PNG files. For photos in JPG format, use JPG to PDF, then combine the results with Merge PDF if needed.
Where do my images go after conversion?
They're erased from our server once your PDF exists. The PDF is available to download for 30 minutes and is then removed automatically.
